In order to provide the best possible, most personalized experience for her clients, Marybeth keeps current on market trends, attends a wide variety of continuing education courses and maintains a high level of community involvement. She is committed to providing the highest standards of service to ensure her clients’ success.
Marybeth was raised in New England, where she also attended college. After serving a year in VISTA, she moved to Catonsville, where she has lived ever since. Having raised her four sons, Steve, Dan, Dave and Mike in the area, she has been involved in the community and is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about all that it has to offer. She is an avid skier, hiker and kayaker who loves to travel. She is also the very proud grandmother of three.
Her education includes a BS in Business Administration with marketing specialization from the University of New Hampshire, a graduate certificate in TESL from UMBC, an Accredited Buyers’ Agent (ABR) Designation, extensive continuing education in real estate related topics including courses about negotiation skills, rehab loans, marketing, pricing and positioning, investment, legal updates, environmental issues and green practices.
“Giving back” is very important to Marybeth. She is actively involved in numerous local organizations, including the Catonsville Women’s Giving Circle, Catonsville Historical Society, Catonsville Chamber of Commerce, Friends of Patapsco Valley State Park, Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs, Baltimore Heritage, the YMCA, Rails to Trails and the Columbia Ski Club. Some of the charitable organizations she supports include CARE, Save the Children, Catholic Relief Services, UMCOR, Southern Poverty Law Center and Prevent Child Abuse America.
