As the Client Success Manager, not only does Annie ensure that every contract is legally secure protecting the team’s clientele, she also ensures that the tagline of “we care more” is felt throughout every clients’ home buying or selling experience. Annie is energetic, an excellent listener, and passionate about assisting the teams’ clients. Clients are drawn to her genuine demeanor and willingness to help no matter the request.
Annie was locally born and raised in Ellicott City, and graduated from River Hill High School and Howard Community College respectively with a focus on business. Having tried Florida on for size, she returned to her Maryland roots deeply missing Blue Crabs, Old Bay…the proximity to the beach, mountains, plains, and cities like Washington DC. A “Little America” native, her local familiarity gives her intimate knowledge of the communities in which The Beacon Home Team serves making her an invaluable additional resource to clients moving into the area.
Her real estate experience began at the age of six “stuffing mailers” for her mothers’ real estate biz alongside her siblings with payment in brokerage candy and Disney movies on the conference room television. She received first-hand experience in the real estate industry assisting her mother throughout her childhood and young adulthood. Annie gained professional experience in real estate working as a Transaction Processor for the Coldwell Banker Central Processing Center until joining The Beacon Home Team in 2019.
She is a newlywed currently residing in Ellicott City with her husband, Jacob, and soon to be adopted pup, Cassie. She is the proud aunt of 5 nieces and nephews whom she adores and enjoys spending time with locally at the park. When she isn’t working, you can find Annie enjoying concerts with her husband or soaking up the sun on one of Maryland’s beaches. She is very crafty and is especially talented in creating beautiful, personalized wood plaques. Her talents are being recognized locally for the time being, but she has high hopes for opening an Etsy shop called “Honey Bee Appletree” and to eventually share her gifts nationally.
